If you have a project but don’t know where to start, or don’t fully trust what you’re being told, we can help.
Over the years, we’ve completed dozens of projects ranging from full gut renovations to smaller kitchen, masonry, and exterior work. Through that experience, we’ve seen where projects go wrong and how to keep them on track.
Not every job needs a full contractor. Sometimes you just need someone who understands construction, pricing, and how jobs actually get done to look things over and help you make the right decisions.
In some cases, we work alongside you and your contractor to help plan the project, review scope and pricing, coordinate quotes, and sequence trades so the job runs smoothly. We can also help make sure design decisions are intentional and not just driven by whoever is doing the work.
We’re there to advocate for you, keep things on track, and make sure you’re not overpaying or getting pulled in the wrong direction.
We’ve managed millions of dollars in construction projects and bring that experience to every job, whether it’s a small upgrade or a full renovation.
WHAT WE DO
We help homeowners and property owners plan, review, and manage projects so they don’t waste time or money.
This can include:
• Talking through your project before you start
• Reviewing scope, budget, and layout
• Looking over contractor quotes and explaining what you’re actually getting
• Helping you choose the right contractor for the job
• Checking in during the project to make sure things are being done right
• Stepping in if something feels off or isn’t going as planned
• Identifying potential issues early to avoid surprises, change orders, and costs getting added later

• Kitchen layouts and finish decisions
• Coordinating with contractors and vendors
• Small business and space build outs
PRICING
Initial consultation: $150 (up to one hour)
This includes a walkthrough of your project, discussion of scope, budget, and approach, and clear feedback on next steps. You can also send photos ahead of time so we can make the most of the meeting. Follow up questions after the consultation are fine, and we can stay involved further if needed. Ongoing support is available hourly or based on the size and scope of the project.
